Betreft: aanbesteding werkzaamheden watergangen, kenmerk 0054
Geacht Dagelijks Bestuur,
Vanuit landbouwers uit ons werkgebied bereiken de fractie Ons Water/Waterbreed opmerkingen dat bij de toekomstige aanbestedingen van opschoonwerkzaamheden aan onze watergangen niet meer uitgegaan zou worden van eerst maaien met de klepelmaaier en daarna met de schanskorf de watergang leeghalen. Het gevolg is dat op akkerbouwpercelen in het najaar veel meer ‘vegetatie’ uit de watergangen wordt gedeponeerd dan in het verleden. Voor akkerbouwers zou dit zeer bezwaarlijk/schadelijk zijn omdat ook in het najaar percelen bewerking kunnen behoeven.
Dit leidt voor de fractie Ons Water/Waterbreed tot de volgende vragen:
- Is er grond voor deze opmerkingen?
- Zo ja, wat is de motievering van deze verandering in het bestek?
- Is bij deze mogelijk voorgenomen verandering in het bestek rekening gehouden met de voor akkerbouwers in het kleigebied gebruikelijke bedrijfsvoering?
Mocht de mogelijke verandering in het bestek inderdaad uw voornemen zijn, dan heeft de fractie Ons Water/Waterbreed hier ernstige bezwaren tegen. Wij verzoeken dan uw DB dit eventuele voornemen te heroverwegen daarbij betrekkend de bedrijfsvoering van akkerbouwers in onder andere het kleigebied.
