Geacht Dagelijks Bestuur,
Bij het lezen van de rapportage maatschappelijke kosten-batenanalyse (MKBA), één van de onderleggers van de Ontwerp-rijksstructuurvisie Grevelingen en Volkerak-Zoommeer, is de fractie van Ons Water/Waterbreed opgevallen dat bij de opsomming kosten van de diverse te nemen maatregelen ook vermeld is wat de jaarlijkse kosten van deze maatregelen zullen zijn. Onderstaand een, door ondergetekende samengesteld, overzicht van de in de MKBA vermelde ingeschatte jaarlijkse kosten van investeringen, waarvan de fractie Ons Water/Waterbreed vermoedt dat zij mogelijk na realisering overgedragen zullen worden aan ons waterschap. De vindplaats is in het overzicht vermeld.

De fractie van Ons Water/Waterbreed is van mening dat volgens het vervuiler betaald principe de veroorzaker van deze kosten tot in lengte van jaren de daaruit voortkomende lasten zal dienen te dragen.
