Overal is de deskundigheid wegbezuinigd en komen er managers voor terug. Om projecten te realiseren gaat de overheid publiek-private samenwerkingen aan, waarbij de aansprakelijkheid wordt afgeschoven op bedrijven. Een instituut als Deltares kan vervolgens zonder tegenspraak onvolledige conclusies trekken. En een rechter zal altijd Deltares geloven, dus een zaak aanspannen heeft nauwelijks zin. Toon als burger maar eens aan dat je schade hebt ‘dankzij’ de overheid.”
Er moet iets fundamenteels veranderen! Overheden moeten ‘deskundigheden’ ook weer zelf in huis halen en hun verantwoordelijkheden zelf dragen.
