Geacht Dagelijks Bestuur,
Elders stellen waterschappen voorwaarden aan de verlening van WVO vergunningen aan gemeenten, o.a. inhoudende de opstelling van een plan van aanpak van diffuse bronnen door die gemeenten. Ook lopen er in dit kader discussies om gemeenten middels de WVO vergunningen te verplichten tot de invoering van de DOB methode (duurzaam onkruid beheer), inclusief certificering op minimaal brons- of zilverniveau. Hierbij kunnen waterschappen subsidiëring van deze certificering overwegen.
