Geacht Dagelijks Bestuur,
Tijdens de klankbordbijeenkomst van de Integrale Gebiedsanalyse voor de Ligne werd de indruk gewekt dat de afwatering van de nieuwe A4 rechtstreeks op de Ligne zou plaatsvinden met alle milieurisico’s voor het ontvangende water. Die suggestie werd, ondanks de ontstane discussie, door de ambtenaren van het waterschap niet weersproken.
Ondergetekende verbaast zich hierover. Volgens mij dient het bij de afwatering van een nieuwe snelweg zo geregeld te zijn dat de vuillast via buffering beperkt wordt en dat zelfs bij een (kleine) calamiteit het ontvangende water gevrijwaard blijft van een ernstige verontreiniging.
Hoe is/wordt het in de WVO vergunning van de A4 geregeld?
