Mijn naam is Erik van Werkhoven uit Halsteren, nummer 26 op lijst 2 Ons Water.
Onze lijsttrekker, Louis van der Kallen ken ik al tientallen jaren. Voor zijn pensionering werkten wij allebei bij wat toen Synthese, AKZO Resins heette. Vele jaren waren wij beiden lid van de Ondernemingsraad van dat bedrijf. Ik ken hem als een sociaal mens en deskundig Research en Development medewerker met kennis over alles wat met water te maken heeft.
Zelf afkomstig uit de oude gemeente Halsteren, waarin de watersnoodramp van 1953 veel littekens heeft achtergelaten, hecht ik zeer aan waterveiligheid. Ik weet dat waterveiligheid bij de mensen van Ons Water in goede handen is. Daarom stem op 15 maart lijst 2 Ons Water.
