Geacht Bestuur,
Ten aanzien van de keur:
In artikel 3.6 wordt archeologisch onderzoek niet genoemd! De opsomming lijkt limitatief. In dat geval zou archeologisch onderzoek, bijvoorbeeld proefboringen, dus overal mogen.
Ten aanzien van artikele 6.1 en 6.2 rijzen een aantal definitievragen. “Schip” wordt genoemd, maar niet gedefinieerd. “Vaartuig” is wel gedefinieerd. “Vaarevenement/groepsacitiviteit” is slecht tot niet sluitend gedefinieerd. Wanneer is iets een groepsactiviteit? Wanneer is iets een groep? Dit is met name relevant voor bijvoorbeeld het gebruik van (legger)wateren als vaarweg voor en door kano’s. Nu lijkt het kanovaren overal toegestaan! Is dit ook zo?
Met name in wateren c.q. oevers met hoog ecologische waarden kan kanovaart een ernstige bedreiging zijn voor die waarden.
