Geacht Dagelijks Bestuur,
Het Waterschap Rijn en IJssel kent een aantal ‘bestuursexperimenten’ waarbij ambtenaren van het waterschap, samen met het verantwoordelijke DB lid en AB leden uit een gemeente/regio, samen met de portefeuillehouder en gemeenteraadsleden uit de betrokken gemeente, watergerelateerde plannen maken. Dit grotendeels met breed opgezette inspraak-mogelijkheden voor burgers en betrokkenen. Deze ‘bestuursexperimenten’ hebben als doel de afstand tussen het waterschap en burgers en gemeentebestuurders te verkleinen en de aanwezige (gebieds)kennis van alle betrokkenen optimaal te benutten. De gemeenten waar deze ‘bestuursexperimenten’ lopen zijn Rheden en Zutphen.
Mogelijk is een dergelijke werkwijze ook iets voor ons waterschap. Als AB lid, die afkomstig is uit Bergen op Zoom, draag ik in deze graag mijn eigen gemeente voor als mogelijke experiment partner. Binnen de gemeenteraad van Bergen op Zoom is recent een “werkgroep waterbeleid: aandacht voor water” gestart. Een samenwerkingsvorm zoals bij de ‘bestuursexperimenten’ van het Waterschap Rijn en IJssel zou daar mogelijk tot een voor alle partijen optimaal resultaat kunnen leiden.

One thing I’d like to say is that before obtaining more personal computer memory, look into the machine into which it could well be installed. In case the machine is usually running Windows XP, for instance, the particular memory threshold is 3.25GB. Installing greater than this would easily constitute any waste. Make sure one’s motherboard can handle your upgrade volume, as well. Good blog post.
