Tijdens de presentatie van het waterbeheersplan aan de regiocommissies op 6 november j.l., werd door de inleider de indruk gewekt dat afkoppeling van het zuidelijk deel van de Bleekloop op de Zoom een gevolg is van het voorontwerp PWP 2010-2015. Hij verwees in deze ondergetekende naar de provinciale PWP procedure.
Bestudering van het voorontwerp PWP 2010-2015 versie 6 leverde, op dat punt, geen nadere informatie op. In bijlage 3 van het voorontwerp (KRW bijlage waterplan versie 5) komt wel een voorbeeld van een fact-sheet voor. Mogelijk is de kennis van de inleider afkomstig van een fact-sheet die wel bekend is bij de deskundigen van het waterschap, maar nog niet voor het publiek bekend gemaakt.
Indien het waterschap bekend is met de fact-sheets van de Zoom en de Bleekloop, stelt ondergetekende het op prijs kennis te kunnen nemen van deze fact-sheets zodat, in het kader van de vaststelling van het PWP, actie kan worden ondernomen richting GS en PS.
Is het waterschap in het bezit van bedoelde informatie en kan deze aan ondergetekende ter beschikking worden gesteld?
