Tessy van de Linde, Tamanna Wahdat en Almedina Zuljko hebben op mijn verzoek en met mijn medewerking, in het kader van hun studie aan de ‎Juridische Hogeschool Avans – Fontys, de afgelopen maanden een onderzoek uitgevoerd naar de voorwaarden waaronder de gemeenteraad van Loon op Zand een gebod tot afkoppeling van de gemeentelijke vuilwater riolering mag opnemen in een gemeentelijke verordening. Het rapport “een-beetje-nat” is recent verschenen. Ik ben er blij mee en ik denk dat menige gemeente hier iets aan kan hebben bij het nader uitwerken en vormgeven van het gemeentelijk waterbeleid in het kader van klimaatadaptatie en het aanpakken van hittestress. Ik bedank de dames voor hun kwalitatieve inzet en de manier waarop ze zich gestort hebben op een voor velen misschien saai onderwerp, maar waaraan een groot maatschappelijk belang verbonden is.

Met de partijleider van West-Brabant Waterbreed gesproken over het waterschap en een aantal locaties bezocht die qua waterbeheer naar zijn mening aandacht behoeven.
12 februari
Vandaag de Unie commissie Waterkeringen (CWK) in Amersfoort met agendapunten zoals:
- Het beoordelingsinstrumentarium voor de veiligheidsbeoordeling van de primaire waterkeringen
- De samenwerking bij de beoordeling van de primaire waterkeringen
- Het plan van aanpak 2e planronde richtlijn overstromingsrisico’s
- De nationale omgevingsagenda
- En de strategische onderwerpen voor de CWK 2016.
