We merken duidelijk dat het klimaat veranderd en dat de schaal steeds vaker uitslaat van het ene uiterste naar het andere. Hittestress en verdroging moet teruggedrongen worden en daar tegenover staat mogelijk extreem veel wateroverlast.
Het is en blijft een lastige opgave. We hebben de kennis in huis om ons waterbeheer goed in te richten. Het is dus belangrijk door samenwerking een goede balans te bereiken.
