Volgens “Van Dale” is de eerste verklaring van het woord ambitieus: ”eerzuchtig”. Eerzucht wil ik de personen en fracties/partijen die op 31 mei 2023 het Dagelijks Bestuur van Waterschap Brabantse Delta gaan vormen niet ontzeggen.
‘Eerzuchtig’ is de presentatie in de media van het coalitieakkoord zeker. Maar is de inhoud van het coalitieakkoord ambitieus? Het antwoord van il partigiano is NEE. Veel mooie teksten maar vrijwel niets concreets.
Wat wel concreet is, is verre van ambitieus. Als wij ons, als overheid, al niet aan de die normen zouden willen houden? Wie dan wel? Dit is verre van ambitieus!
Maar wat nog erger is, wat niet genoemd wordt! De EUROPESE NORMEN. Die hoeven dus niet het uitgangspunt te zijn. Niet als uitgangspunt van het komen tot schoon water. Of heeft men de moed, vanwege de vermeende onhaalbaarheid opgegeven en neemt men de Europese normen zelfs niet meer als uitgangspunt/doelstelling?
