Geacht Dagelijks bestuur,
In het AB d.d. 30 januari 2019 stond de vaststelling van het projectplan Wateroverlast Grensstraat Nispen op de agenda. Een projectplan dat mede door een lokaal bedrijf, handelskwekerij GOVA, ten behoeve van de eigen watergave gefinancierd wordt. Vanuit het gebied bereiken ons geluiden als zou het gebruik van delen van de GOVA gronden (containervelden) in strijd zijn met het bestemmingsplan “Buitengebied Roosendaal Nispen” c.q. niet als zodanig vergund zijn.
Bestudering van het bestemmingsplan leidt bij ondergetekende niet tot een éénduidige vaststelling of hier sprake zou zijn van een gebruik dat niet geëigend is. Wel constateerde ondergetekende ter plaatse dat de containervelden vermoedelijk reeds jaren in gebruik zijn.
Samenwerken met ondernemers is een goede zaak. Wel moet dan helder zijn dat die samenwerking gebaseerd dient te zijn op een formeel vergunde situatie.
