Geachte College,
Dank voor Uw snel antwoord op mijn brief van 28 februari inzake het Volkerak-Zoommeer.
Dit antwoord vraagt om een reactie.
Ad vraag 1
Twaalf regels antwoord zonder antwoord! Ik vroeg om “concrete schriftelijke toezeggingen”. Laat mij weten dat ze er niet zijn! Een gesprek met de staatssecretaris, hoe “inspirerend” ook en een mededeling van een gedeputeerde zijn geen “concrete schriftelijke toezeggingen”!
Ad vraag 2
Uw College schrijft dat wethouder Janssen niet bij het bestuurlijk overleg aanwezig was. Dat zal best zo zijn, maar op pagina 94 van de PKB deel 2 staat hij als deelnemer aan het bestuurlijk overleg in Gorinchem (6 september 2005) vermeld.
Ad vraag 3
Is simpelweg geen antwoord. Oog hebben voor is nog geen geld over hebben voor! Dit kan de gemeente miljoenen kosten.
Ad vraag 4/5
Uw reactie bevreemdt mij. Bij PKB deel 1 is kaart 1 ’topografie plangebied’ het startpunt. Alle gebieden binnen het plangebied zijn meegenomen in de MER. Helaas is de waterberging op het Volkerak-Zoommeer niet meegenomen in de MER, in die zin dat de milieueffecten van die waterberging niet zijn onderzocht!. Het gebied viel immers niet onder het plangebied!
Bij de PKB deel 3 is het gebied wel opgenomen op de plankaart. Het niet opnemen op de plankaart bij PKB deel 1 is voor mij een juridisch trucje om niet gelijk de berging volledig mee te moeten nemen bij de MER rapportage bij PKB deel 1.
Jammer dat Uw College niet dezelfde achterdocht heeft als dit kritisch raadslid. Het zou ons wel eens veel geld kunnen kosten!
