Geacht Dagelijks bestuur,
Bij een werkbezoek aan Raamsdonksveer hebben onderstaande leden van de fractie Ons Water /Waterbreed moeten constateren dat het waterschapdeel van het haventje waarin zich het waterschapvaartuig ’t Oude Maasje bevindt er matig onderhouden bij ligt.
Veel opschietend onkruid en in vergelijking met het havendeel dat in bezit van een derde is veel slib op de bodem van het haventje. Beide constateringen getuigen niet van een goed nabuurschap! Van een overheid mag verwacht worden dat de staat van onderhoud van haar eigendommen geen overlast bij derden veroorzaakt.
- Graag actie op dit punt.
Een tweede punt waar de fractie aandacht voor vraagt is het vaartuig ’t Oude Maasje zelf . Op ons ter hand gestelde foto’s is te zien dat het vaartuig bij hoogwater deels klem heeft gezeten onder de betonnen rand van de damwand waarbij mogelijk de loopbrug vervormd is. Ook de staat van onderhoud van het vaartuig is geen reclame meer voor een overheidsorganisatie. Een omwonende verklaarde dat het vaartuig de afgelopen jaren slechts éénmaal van zijn plek is geweest.
Bij een dergelijk marginaal gebruik is verkoop van het vaartuig en het havendeel mogelijk een te overwegen optie. Mocht u dit niet van plan zijn, dan is onderhoud geboden.
