Geacht Dagelijks bestuur,
Bij een werkbezoek aan Raamsdonksveer hebben onderstaande leden van de fractie Ons Water /Waterbreed moeten constateren de waterkering/damwand ter hoogte van de Aakschipper een aantal ons verontrustende kenmerken heeft. Van al deze kenmerken zijn foto’s beschikbaar.
Onder Andere:
- De betonsloof op de damwand heeft met name aan de onderzijde een aantal diepe scheuren en op een enkele plek ligt de roestende bewapening bloot.
- Op een aantal plaatsen sluit de betonsloof niet of nauwelijks aan op de damwandplaten.
- De damwand staat op een aantal plaatsen bol/hol.
- Diverse aandraaipunten van de groutankers lekken (water/slib)
- Veel naden lekken (water/slib).
- Eerdere reparaties (kitten) hebben deels gewerkt.
- Uit/op sommige naden groeit mos c.q. planten.
- Over vrijwel de volle lengte van de damwand is omstreeks de waterlijn veel afschilfering te zien van de opgebrachte verf/coating.
Het geheel maakt een verwaarloosde, ondeugdelijke indruk. Het verlies aan grond kan naar ons gevoelen leiden tot snellere roestvorming en daarmee dikteverlies en vermindering aan sterkte.
