BETREFT: WATEROVERLAST “DE NEGEN” OP LANDGOED DE MOEREN, KENMERK W21001
Geacht Dagelijks bestuur,
Recent is er een project uitgevoerd op Landgoed de Moeren. Vooraf zou met het Landgoed zou zijn afgesproken dat er op de agrarische percelen geen vernatting zou zijn en dat ‘De Negen’ als landbouwenclave met voldoende droogligging van het project geen hinder of vernatting zou onder vinden.
Het tegendeel lijkt het geval. Het betreft de kadastrale nummers ZDT02-U-47 (grasland) en ZTT02-U-35 (gedeeltelijk maïsland).
Ondergetekende heeft de volgende vragen:

Is het project conform de vergunning uitgevoerd?

Is de afwatering conform de vergunning?

Zijn er metingen verricht voorafgaand aan de realisatie van het project?

Zo ja, zijn deze beschikbaar?

Waarneming ter plaatse (d.d. 12 maart 2021) laat zien dat de percelen wateroverlast ervaren en het grasland daar zichtbare schade van ondervindt en dat na relatief drie droge weken. Volgens de gebruiker is het huidige (12 maart 2021) waterpeil circa 20 à 30 centimeter hoger dan voorgaande jaren. Wat zijn de afspraken met de vergunninghouder en met het Landgoed over de drooglegging?

Wie is verantwoordelijk voor het peilbeheer en het beheer van een pompje ter plaatse?

Als het beheer van het pompje gelegen is bij derden, wat is de rol van het waterschap in deze?

Welke afspraken zijn er met betrokkenen/grondgebruikers exact gemaakt?
