Ik ben al vanaf 2012 politiek actief in de gemeente Woensdrecht en begaan met alles wat er nodig is voor een goed woon- en leefklimaat. De reden dat ik me beschikbaar heb gesteld is dat water daarbij een essentiële rol speelt.
Ik volg Louis van der Kallen, die voor mij een specialist is op het gebied van alles wat met water te maken heeft, al een aantal jaren. Zijn enthousiasme en kennis zijn van dien aard, dat we met z’n allen daar nog jarenlang profijt kunnen hebben.
Ik vind dat in het bestuur van het waterschap kennis en ervaring belangrijker zijn dan de invloed van landelijke partijen.
Met mijn plek op de kandidatenlijst steun ik Louis voor het behoud van ons prachtige Brabant.
