Geacht Dagelijks bestuur,
Als lid van uw Algemeen Bestuur maak ik mij al jaren sterk voor behoud van ons cultureel (water) erfgoed. Ondergetekende constateert, bij beschouwingen in het veld, dat onze duikers vrijwel altijd van beton zijn of van asbestcement.
Ik wil graag dat waterbouw studenten ook in het veld nog de geschiedenis van hun vak kunnen aanschouwen. En dat duikers van gegoten ijzer, plaat staal, Armco staal of metselwerk als studiemateriaal in het veld nog herkenbaar blijven en bezichtigd kunnen worden.
Ik zou graag een overzicht ontvangen waar duikers van deze vier materialen nog in ons werkgebied te vinden zijn. Is dit mogelijk?
Ik vraag uw bestuur tevens: wat uw bestuur kan en bereid is te doen om enkele duikers van deze typen/materialen te behouden en toegankelijk te maken/houden voor toekomstige generaties weg- en waterbouw studenten.
